Today was all good,but this evening,i started feeling that ol feeling of anxiety coming on..so i have been talking to myself,reassuring myself,breathing slowly,and had my husband give me a massage...
I have not been having much of any problems..but sometimes these small episodes happen,and i know and understand what i need to do to help myself get through it....
I sometimes go for long walks,or do some meditaions,or listen to soothing music,,,,
I always tell myself,this is anxiety,and it will pass!!!!!!!!
