I clicked on "my diary", then went to file and clicked on print and got a print window, hit print at the bottom of the page after making sure it was the right size. Bango, printed.

But remember I'm mack and my printer is a canon.

Davit or Samantha or Mat,
Can any of you print to a PC, from the mood tracker?  I'm not having any luck.

Hi Hugs 4u,

I don't have access to a filled in Mood Tracker, so I'm not able to see the graphs.
As for the information and paper, you will be able to change the orientation through your printer options (if available), and with the graph and information, it doesn't appear that it would take up more than 3 pages.

Hope that helps a bit. Or you could do something like Davit mentions and build your own graph through a program like Microsoft excel, and then set the print out up as you would like.

Sorry I can't be of much more help

My mac has a program called numbers that allowed me to build my own graphs using numbers, bars and colours. It also stores it. No paper. There is room for two graphs on a page so it is easy to compare. Everything can be converted to a line graph also and overlapped.
I used three different colours in each bar representing three different things and each bar was a day split in two. So actually two sets of colours in a bar with a space between bars. One month per graph.

I don't know if it is available for PCs or how much memory it uses.

Once I saw the trend it got boring.

For the mood tracker, when it's printed, is there a lot of paper which is used?

Can you print portait versus landscape?

Also, can you print just the graph, or does everything come together

For the visually minded adding colour as a scale to a graph adds amazing clarity. Especially when it replaces numbers, or anything else in black and white monotones.

Hi Kaitie,

The thought record contains similar information, and the mood tracker has that neat graph which allows me to see a trend.  Being visually minded, it is so much more meaningful to me.

I couldn't tell if Mathew understood if I was referring to that mood tracker though, since I used a different term.

BTW Kaitie, it's almost embarassing listening to younger people like you, and other members who are so articulate and worldly at your ages.  There's another member who's started posting so bravely at a similar age.  I was never anywhere so mature, and feel humbled by your support and insight

Hi Hugs,

With the mood diary, I usually write down how I was feeling physically, what my anxiety and depression were like, anything that happened during the day which affected how I was feeling for better or worse, and any thoughts I noticed.
I sometimes write down what I want to do in the future, or where I see myself. But I don't usually put that in the mood diary.

Hi Mathew,

I was referring to the tool box's "mood diary", not any conventional diary.   Sorry I didn't use that term, but I was writing in a different part of the the panic center.

I was impressed with how much you can generate from that tool, though!

Hi Hugs 4u,
You can adapt a diary in a way that best works for you, or serves certain purposes. Some, utilize diaries to track their thoughts (both pos/neg) others use it to track levels of anxiety, and others use one to track panic attacks.

Of course, it doesn't end there. Tracking is a good thing if you can learn and make changes from what you find and what trends you see over time.

All the best, thanks for your question.
