blurry eyes

for 18 år siden 0 14 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I get the blurry eyes thing too. Sometimes, haze, sometimes like a fog, sometimes my eyes feel really dry or feel like they have sand or something in them. I'm glad this topic was started. I have had this off and on for several years. I used to only wear contacts, so I thought it was a problem I was having with them. A few months ago I went to my eye doctor and got glasses. Guess what? -- I still have the same thing, so the contacts are not to blame. Sammi

I get this also. I don't know if I need glasses, if it's because I work on a computer all day, or if it's the anxiety. But, I get to the point where sometimes, I see things through a white fog. Sometimes it's blurry, sometimes it's the fog. Haven't quite figured this one out yet, but just wanted to let you know you're not alone. ;)

Hey bobbie! Yes, it does sometimes feel like i'm looking through a haze. Its so wierd and uncomfortable cause these are my EYES and i need to seeee....especially when in the car. Anyhow, i just hope it goes away like it did before. I was sooooooooo happy when it went away. This is the reason i get so depressed and discouraged....when bad symptoms come back again when i really thought that they were gone for good. I just hate it. IT brings back memories of when i had that sypmtom and how afraid i was. And now, I'm like the same person i was back then. I cant really describe it. I just want to be strong and get over this. I'm so upset with myself. I dont' understand why i keep putting myself down lately. But its not doing any good to my self-esteem and self-confidence. I have neither. I just want to break down and cry.

Blurry eyes are something I've had a problem with for a couple of years. I've had my eyes checked once 3 times in one month and they told me my eye site is perfect. Does it feel like your sometimes looking through a haze? My family Dr. said it could be part of the anxiety I have. Some days I wake up and I have no problems, others it goes on for weeks.

Angel, Have you checked with your doctor? You may want to keep a journal everyday and this may be able to pinpoint what is causing this distress before you drive. Let us know how you do. Keep Strong, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi everyone. I know i do not have an eyesight problem. But when i drive lately my eyes get blurry. Im sooooooooooooooooo mad cause this used to be a past symtom that really botherd me. But it went away so i thought i overcome it. I cannot get it out of my head. So, of course, when i drive now it happens. How do i break this stupid cycle again? HOw do I overcome it for good?
