Well, I don't really know what kind of advice to give you except to tell you your doctor knows what he/she is talking about so you should trust that. Also, feeling nauseous is a symptom of high anxiety that I often get and I am very healthy so don't worry about the naudea and also, use the thought challenging tools in the program I bet they could really help :)

Hey I just need some help on Friday I went to meet up with a friend and we ended up going to a party the party involved escorts so I ended up sleeping with one and she had protection on her I went home later on that day and I couldnt sleep at all my automatic thought was I have hiv, I have stds so I went to the doctor yesterday I told her what happened she told me that if I used a condom I have nothing to worry about but I have anxiety so am worrying bout this all the time and am so nerves I Evan feel like throwing up and that one of the symptoms of hiv am so scared and I dont know what to do can any body help I no am stupid for Evan doing what I did and now am left with this worry and when I get home I cant Evan look at my girlfriend the same sorry for boring you just had to let this out
