A gate swings both ways. An entrance is also an exit. When you think about it, there really is no such thing as an entrance. You are already somewhere, when you go through the gate, you are just going somewhere else.
Perspective can be a powerful tool.
Imagine that the door to the mall is not an entrance to the mall, it is an exit from the parking lot. We exist in a word full of entrances and exits and they all go somewhere. If you rationalize it that way, the "entrance" should no longer be a problem...view everything merely as a portal to somewhere else. Then you arent "going into" a space at all, you are simply going somewhere else.
