Gal, You've gotten some great advice from your fellow members. Try not to come down to hard on yourself. Keep working through the program, doing your homework and with time you'll get back to where you were. Keep persevering! Danielle _______________________ The PC Support Team

Gal: Don't be sorry for trying something that you thought would be benefical to you. Look at me I have been unable to work for 3 years. I did try to go back on a modified schedule but that only lasted for 5 days and that was in 2005. Somedays I think I am getting better then something happens and I feel I am at the begining all over again.Just like this week with everything that has happened in the news , I have been unable to go out for long periods of time, this week I just went out to get a paper and came home right away because my panic attack would start before I even got out my apartment door. So I have been a recluse for a week and the papers I got are still sitting on the table to be read. I couldn't even concentrate enough to read them. I even apoligised to my psychologist but she said don't worry about that, we are going to go step by step to get you back and hopefully back to work. So don't beat yourself over this, just take it day by day and you will eventually start feeling better. "B"

Hiya Gal! Well i just wanted to tell you you are not alone with the setback thing. I had been doing well with no meds for many years and then so many things happened at once and i relapsed really badly in december. So back to the therapist i went and i founf this website. Now between the website and my therapist I am learning to get my life back again. And i know you will too. Anyway, hangf in there and this too shall pass! Also, don't feel guilty, you did not do anything wrong. You are fighting this and working on getting better and this is all that counts. Be kind, understanding and patient with yourself. That is one thing i am learning atm. That guilt is the most useless emotion in the world! that being kind and patient and good to myself, is a great way to feel better about myself and my life. And that all one can do is one's best and that that is good enough :) Anyway, I am glad you thought of coming back here. Keep us posted on how you are doing :) -Diva
