So here are my coping skills that have been pretty affective.
First of all i changed my diet, i started eating healthier, more vitamin to support anxiety...etc.
I work and continue to force myself to go to work and get on the train and the bus and so forth. I also went back on to my hobbies and doing fun activities as i always used to do before. Also exercise and sex or masturbation is very helpful too.
I shared my experience and my dealings with panic with nearly everyone that is around me, family & friends. And haven't turned there back on me yet, surprisingly they are very supportive and think of me as brave to share this kind of problem. Knowing that my friends know about my panic attacks, it is easyer for me to panic less when i'm out with them, or any situation when panic begins...knowing i have full support and don't have to explain myself. BTW nearly anyone i spoke to regarding this happened to have a friend or relative who suffurse with this, which was quite suprising.
In anyways forcing urself to do the things u have done before will do miracles. Or doing things that keeps u in the present and keeps you occupied.Meditation is very helpful as well as positive thinking.
Accept that you have panic attacks and know that everyone is fighting a hard battle, and some may be in a more serious position than you are.
Thank you for reading i wish you luck, health and many smiles in your life...
