I want to share with you my very small success - for me it is very big because I have severe agoraphobia.
Today I had to go and have an X-ray of one of my teeth as ordered by my dentist. My mum took me to the place where they do these sort of things and said she would wait in the car on the other side of the building. I was pretty worried because she's my "safe person" and I would have to go inside alone, have the X-ray taken and wait for it to be developed. But I went there. I had to wait for a few minutes before they could do it. i was a bit worried but was able to control my wild thoughts. After the X-ray was taken, I had to wait next 10 minutes so I started to wind myself up a bit. But I was Ok. Then it turned out they had to repeat the x-ray as the first one was unclear or something and they asked me to get smaller change in the shop next door. I was actually able to go into the shop on my own and ask for a change! Then I went back and picked up my photo. It all lasted about 20 minutes. Then I went with mum to the dentist.
Small step but necessary:)
