Because feeling up and feeling good is often about what we have to look forward to. Starting a project of some kind will help occupy your mind.. anything that you like. I call it being proactive. Deciding to join a health club or designing a garden in your yard or planning a weekender vacation.. rearranging your livingroom.. call a friend and invite them to dinner or,.. plan a party.. buy some new shoes or new stuff for summer.. Day by day.. this will become better for you.. I am glad that you are not associating feeling better with smoking.. I know you are too smart for that.. Take care..
