Well well, I can recognize it easily now. Last week, my best friend told me she is going to stop smoking before september. We talked today and she told me she read a study that says summer quitters don't have the best statistics in terms of staying quit. So I ask ,according to the study, when is the best time? Answer: March... So I guess she is not going to try before March . A couple of weeks ago that kind of talk would have torn me apart, i.e. Oh my, I'm quitting in the summer, what if I don't succeed. Well proud to say, it does not affect me now, there is never a best time for everybody, there is a best time for each as individuals and whenever you quit sure is the best time. So you quitters don't give up quitting you have chosen the best time to do it :)Marie
