Some of you already know that my best friend is a psychologist. She has a colleague who incorporates hypnosis and acupressure in her sessions, and has had great success helping people quit smoking. Apparently, acupressure is safe and can be done at home alone. If you search the net for emotional self healing, a book will come up that is all youll need. I checked one out at the library. The first few chapters are rather dry, but read them anyway. For those who have difficulty with NRTs and dont feel comfortable going cold turkey, this might be a safe alternative. Acupressure is being used to allay many emotional, anger, anxiety, and relaxation difficulties.
Have a great RELAXING, SMOKE FREE weekend everyone.
