I'm very recently stopping, but I appreciate the need for a way to relax.
My way for years, was to relax with a smoke. I'm not sure if I know how to replace it at the moment, but for me I need to do something. I've been re-decorating some of the rooms the last few days, which has help a lot. I would encourage doing something, anything! I don't think it matters what it is to be honest. Something to take the mind away........
