And what a great member of the Non-smokers club you are! I went to the gym twice today....because I'm getting a tad bid addicted to Yoga....How many dollars would I have to save to hire my own personal yoga instructor (maybe 6 ft, bulging muscles, ....ooops....getting off track again)
Mostly just wanted to say hi...glad you squashed that imaginary cigarette!

Dear Marie,
I tend to think of the positive side of things like you. At least you were putting it out and maybe that was your subconscious saying I'm not going to smoke even in my dreams. You have a wonderful quit going and you have helped me alot and countless others. Thanks for being such a good role model for all of us. Maria

Danielle no worry for me, when I woke up the first thing I thought about, is that I didn't see myself smoke but squash the thing, so that's what I'm keeping in mind. I love my freedom too much to give it back to this nasty addiction. :)Marie

For the first time since I quit, I dreamnt I was smoking last night. I was at the gym and the trainer turned around to look at me as I was putting out the smoke , I explained to her I needed it as a prescription to cure my headaches.
I didn't see myself smoke just putting it out, squashing it in the ashtray.... I can't believe that smoking can be rationalized even in your dreams..hahahahah

I like the rational you gave the trainer...a prescription for headaches! That is SO funny!!! I have smoking dreams frequently. Sometimes they are ridiculous and sometimes they seem so REAL. The real ones are when I dream of mundane things, like a conversation with someone in a restaurant and I am sitting there smoking. I often wake up and smell myself to make sure I didn't smoke. Once I dreamed I snuck out on the front porch and smoked. That time I even checked the front door to make sure it was locked.
In any event, you are now a member of the club! XO

Marie,
LOL! Now that's junkie thinking, at least its only in your dreams.
Your stats are proof you don't let that kind of thinking get the best of you.
Congrats on 121 days!
Danielle
