As I awoke on day 7, I actually smiled. For the first time in my quit, I didn't wake up with anxiety or fear of the day. YEA!!!! Now, I am a realist and a former smoker/quitter. I know that there are still many bumps ahead in the road, but I have also learned to cherish these awesome moments.
