Dear SCC Members
Year 2006 is drawing to a close and the closing will bring many, many, new faces that will need our encouragement and enlightment and Cuddles. If you can, bring forward some older posts or author new ones for our new guests.
Personnaly I don't smoke, don't care about it, and don't think about it (big, big period). Maybe I just planned my quit all too well. After all I did smoke for 40 some years and it was killing me ya know. Perhaps a good reason not to light up and stay quit. I would like both seasoned and young, hey, stick to it and if you slip then get yourself back on the quit track. With coping skills and a detailed plan you, you can succeed.
Happy New Year!
Stickin to it
