Susie,
Congratulations on 60 smoke free days!!!! And soon the good days will outweigh the bad.
Patience is definitely the key...so is "one day at a time." There are GREAT days ahead of you.
Cheers, Jan

Susie,
Keep persevering! Those good days will keep coming if you continue on with your quit.
Congrats on 60 days! A reward may help to make you feel better. ;)

Congrats on those 60 days!!! That is an accomplishment to be proud of! I think it is probably normal to feel the way you do. Be very aware of your feelings right now and make sure that YOU stay in control. NOPE! You feel secure in your quit, but vulnerable to tempt the "just one won't hurt".........and it WILL hurt. Just don't go there. You've come a long way, Baby! ;)

hello all you fellow quitters. Just checking in. Not feeling very positive at the moment but have made the big 60. Seem to be hitting a pattern of 1/2 good days and 2/4 bad days. Has anyone else experienced this? My addict alarm is at moderate pitch tonight!
