I forgot to put on my 14mg patch 4 days ago. I was in a hurry to get out of the house and I just forgot to put it on. I didnt realize I didnt have it on though until that night before bed. So I dediced to go without patches the next day too and then another and then today. To be honest I notice no difference. And what a monkey off my back. I thought I was quit smoking but addicted to patches. I was glad I had them at the start or I never would have started my quit. Yippee!!! I'm Free!!!
