You mentioned that two people have become your triggers, have you tried talking to them about this? How do you think they would react if you let them know what you are feeling? Perhaps they do not know that they serve as triggers for you? These are just questions to reflect on as you continue with your quit but could also help you gain a better understanding of your cravings.
