Hey Janet thats another day down and you did it, you got there and got through it. You'll be surprised once these early days have gone how quickly the others follow, you just have to keep going just as you're doing right now, cos although some times of day are a little tough you got through it and came out the other side.
And anytime you feel a little waiver- think of Jeff with a big ol smirk on his face, and when you stay quit and positive and stay strong (like I know you will) imagine what fun it will be to knock that smirk right off his face...........joking!!! (sort of) xx

I'm heading home for the night and I feel like I'm in a much better frame of mind now. I had a meltdown earlier but since then, my day has been busy and not filled with thoughts of smoking.
I am hopeful, no, I am determined, that tomorrow will start out good without the immediate thoughts of smoking and the rest of the day will go as good as this afternoon has gone.
I shall be back in the a.m. (or later this evening if I feel the need).
Thank you all for your continued support.
