I changed my quit date

for 15 år siden 0 24 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Thank you friends - it was hard but it did make today easier to deal with cravings.  I read the tools and some posts and how to deal with cravings.  I read others' stories and checked out the Hall of Fame.

And I agree, 66 is going to taste very sweet - thank you again.
SS.

Welcome back Seeking. I can only imagine how hard it was to reset that meter... But we both know it is well worth it. Please know we are here if you need to bi%^& or moan. Or just need a shoulder. And keep the faith that this time it will be THE QUIT. You are going to be OK. You will make it
Keep the quit

Resetting your quit meter can be a fresh start for you.  Those 65 days were not lost, you can use them to learn from them, become a stronger person and keep moving forward. Just remember, you have done it before, and you can do it again.

Those 65 days are lost to me so here's to day one.

Wishing you all a peaceful and crave-less day.
