That's the way, Sparky. I'm with you, it's time I stopped saying I'm going to do something & actually do something about it.
I don't know why but my walking & running have really fallen off & I haven't been eating bad stuff but at odd times instead of regular meal times. Also, I've been drinking more beer since the TV season started.
So I commit right here to eat like a grown up, at meal times, & to cut back my beer consumption to only weekends. I also comnmit to get back to my 90 minute walk/runs, 3 times a week.
I don't know how much I've gained because I haven't weighed myself in years, but my goal is to fit into my size 6 clothes from this time last year. I mean fit into them properly, not so my butt looks like 2 puppies wrestling in a sack!
