Lainey and Deb - good for you! Excercise has been one of the most challenging habbits for me to get into! I'm still working at it though. I am big with the crunches too Lainey--i find them helpful. I recently added pilates to my work-out and this also seeems to tighten the mid area as well. I find exercise to be one of the most helpful in my bag of anti-smoking tricks. (It helps me with the anxiety & depression that seem to come with the quit)--also helps with occupying the mind for a bit of time..I have always exercised--but seems to help more than ever now. Still gaining some weight though; but I'm thinking it's a trade-off for the whiter teeth and better complexion.... Tubbies, crunches work great for the tummy. I do them each morning after my walk (when my muscles are warmed up) and three evenings a week when I do weights. They work great! :) And they don't cost a penny! tubbies, It's great that you're on the path to mainting and improving your health. If you'd like to get more information and helpful tips, it would be a great idea to visit our sister site at www.healthyweightcenter.net we'd love to have you stop in. If you're losing weight slowly and doing some light weight training, you shouldn't have to worry about a saggy tummy. Sylvie, Bilingual Health Educator

hi all. i need to lose 2 stone. i've done the weightwatchers before so am doing it myself from home. also doing sit ups and got an exercise bike coming tomorrow. joining a gym in may when i've raised the crazy funds. my main worry is that by losing the weight, will i be left with a saggy tummy? this saggy tummy business is really stressing me out... lol. tina x My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/2/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 89 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,780 Amount Saved: 356.00 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 11 Mins: 18 Seconds: 38
