A month ago, I decided to goin a gym as a personal reward for quitting smoking. I actually have been losing weight by working out 3-5 times a week. Since the last 2 weeks, I have lost 4 pounds. I weight now 200. I have been doing weight training and some cardio...
The trick is to drink water and eat more vegetables and fruits. Cut down on colas and fruit juices helps a lot.
When I have a craving, I take a sip of water or I eat a gum or chew on a cucumber...
Give it some thought...
