Your path seems to have more than a few hurdles in its way, but you're really hanging tough Sparky. I bet the conversation with the doctor would have been far less reasoned if you had tried to smoke the stress of it away, but you dug deep for that sensible request (you shouldn't have had to make but I'll pack my soapbox in with Kaiser's) and got something of a result. So you should be really proud of your success.
Great way to power through that crave. But I'm thinking you CAN actually kill something if you have another hurdle in your way - find the nearest pack of cigarettes and stomp it to a brown wrinkly pulp!
