BFS: There was only a few weeks between my quits. Step-down on the patch was hard. So, I ordered some patches from New Zealand and combined them with US patches for a more gradual step-down. So far, so good. NZ patches are in different mg dosages than the 21, 14 and 7 mg here. The ones I ordered are 15, 10 and 5 mg.
I know. I went through the others rather quickly because there had not been too much of a time gap since the last quit. From the 14 on down, I am going to be very careful.

7 days on the US 21; 3 days on the NZ 15. Tomorrow I plan drop to the US 14....from there we shall see.
