I also notice that I get tired but I think this happened when I smoked too..The difference between then and now is that before I quit smoking whenever I got tired or hungry or mad or sad or happy and on and on it goes. It was a excuse to start smoking..and sometimes I really did feel those things but the outcome was always the same..Smoking never really helped me or anything..
Sometimes I just lit up a cigarette to keep going..Nicotine is a stimulant you know...I find it also dull the senses..Now since I don't smoke I have a small snack if I'm hungry and my energy is low and I also rest for a bit when I need too instead of beating my body up with smoke and nicotine..if I really really tired I make sure I get some sleep..If lonely I find something to do around other people, if angry I find a positive way to work it off..like exercise..
There is one thing Breather taught me and it is called HALT, and that you need start listening to your body..and pay attention to how you are feeling and if necessary make some positive changes to alleviate your discomfort..Without smoking
"HALT" stands for Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired...Make sure you are listening to your body and mind...and make sure your body gets what it Really needs, instead of cigarettes and nicotine....
Hello Lance , you're probably feeling drained from the nicotine you aren't getting. If you continue to feel tired see your doctor. It's a good idea to get a check up if you haven't had one in a while. I think all over 40 should automatic get a blood pressure check , cholesterol and blood glucose. breather
