I think using your evenings to relax is a good idea. You deserve some down time every day hugs!

Another reason for taking this time out is that I can't see in the evening, after a day of computing, driving, cooking, decluttering.

I suppose I don't have a choice.

I've decided and been experimenting with not stressing myself after dinner, by doing chores, other than washing dishes, preparing a meal in the evening, so I can wind down. I hope I can get better sleep.

Also, gardening in the evening allows me to change my focus and slow my mind, even possibly connecting with nature, since I think nature slows down too!  Gardening in the evening makes it hard to see though.

I read that if you listen early in the morning, there is a time when the sounds actually slow and there is a pause, and the creatures take a "breath", similar to how we're asked to breathe and regulate breath.
