Finding accurate information can be hard, especially because of the different opinions.

I did a 10 minute walk during lunch, but I still feel tired. I really just want to go home and got bed.

Hi Gailerina,
I look at that too, as well and Mayo Clinic's website, because they're easier to understand.  It's good to know resources are out there, although I've told that all this information can make us neurotic.

I need something to counter the changing moods, and not having a social circle as an "emotional shock absorber", since caregiving has shrunk my time, gives me some concerns. Shortly, I'm going to go for some exercise, and clear my head.  I've had a 10 minute walk, and already feel a bit better.

Hope your afternoon, and everyones afternoon, is better

I look at web MD a lot, but normally I will look for articles through the school library and make sure they are scholarly journals and etc. The number of studies are numerous and so are the opinions.

Hi Gailerina,
Just out of curiousity, what resource did you get your information from?  When anyone now gives me information, such as a member of my medical health care team, I ask them for evidence, and they're accommodating.

The best resource in north America, is the national institute for health at http://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminD-HealthProfessional/

Most others are heavily commercialized, and this article has 71 citations.

I was talking to a manager today about some things and we got into a discussion of depression and anxiety and she was talking about Vitamin D can cause some issues.

I did look this up and it has been researched and studied.

What is anyone else's opinion?
