One last thing, did you know that the leading cause of death in the world today is not suicide, cancer, obesity, heart disease, diabetes etc. it is being born. So you have no choice about being born, so you should educate yourself as much as possible with real facts from both sides of the coin in order to make informed decisions on how you live your life and not to just follow blindly because a study says so.
I am going to now ask you to do a little homework for me. How many studies? Out of these studies, how many people had negative reactions and what were the reactions? Out of all the people who were to partake in the studies, how many were bumped, because they did not fit the "fitness freaks" guidelines (ie. people who genuinely do not like exercise/sweating etc)? How many of these studies were performed by exercise freaks?
I cannot trust the studies without more information as I am paranoid, not delusional, because no-one ever answers my questions, such as the ones above. I keep hearing, shut up and do it but I need answers and valid reasons other than "studies show".
I can do a study that shows that physical activity is bad for you because it makes you cry and crying leads to depression and causes pain which is associated with depression, and can cause heart attacks which is associated with depression and causes hunger which is associated to eating which is associated to over-eating, which is associated to obesesity which is associated to depression and so on and so on. But no-one is going to fund this because money goes to the people with the same belief system as the government/professionals/people with money. It doesn't go to those who could really use the money.
Did you know: There are a growing number of studies that are showing that exercise can have impressive mood-boosting effects and may even help fight clinical depression? Pills work no better than exercise, in fact exercise improved patients symptoms faster than the antidepressants and with pleasant effects instead of bad side effects. It’s encouraging to know that lifting weights can boost your spirits, and that regular exercise just might help you sweat the blues away.
