Let's see, good things,
I am alive today, I wasn't late for work, no car accidents on my way to work, gonna have chicken tonight for supper then take my med's and crawl into bed and sleep till tomorrow morning and do it all over again.
That class sounds great. And a pool! Wow. As for being stable for a week, very nice!
Ok, good things that happened:
- When I was feeling awful and tired and was feeling subhuman for lack of energy to bathe, my hubby did the sweetest thing for me: He drew me a bath and washed my hair for me. I could of cried he was so sweet.
- I have got a new vacuum and boy did we need one.
- Hubby fixed my MP3 player!!! I have tunes again!
- I have a new little basket with wheels to do my groceries on foot. It is turquoise with flower on it!
- My mom bought me a nice little medieval looking notebook to write ideas in.
- I bought my hubby new shoes. (he needed them!)
- Despite it all, I realize that I am deeply loved.
I finally got into the Preventing relapses of mood swings for Bipos at the comm-center (finally an evening course- I have been waiting since november!)
After a LOUD arguement, my husband agreed to try for a year a 12foot pool in the yard -where his garden was!
Lets take a moment to post a positive experience or feeling that you had today................this is a great idea and helps to reaffirm an optimistic outlook on life!!
