Limited time on the computer as the kids take over and we only have one.
I have looked at your healthy weight site and i have to say it isn't bad! Lots of great ideas and recipes and people are really nice. It has really helped to be do something different and not the same old thing day in and day out. My wife has helped me schedule just me time to focus on my depression and to take some time to myself.
This is helping somewhat..eventually i will start the program and hopefully it will help also!

I am just starting the whole process and the program as I needed to work on my sleeping issues, they are a big source of negativity and a big take on my day. i went to my doctor and hoe gave me some immovane or whatever that generic brand is and it seems to relax me and get me to sleep..but this took forever and finally my body is getting the handle on it..I also stop doing everything any everything 2 hours before bed..before that i get the most out of my day...
I like it well enough and I try and keep busy..I am looking into working out as I am a little overweight and that is causing many effects for me..so bit by bit i am making changes..I will get back to everyone and let them know how i am doing on the program..

Post with us and let us know what you are feeling. Are you working with your doctor? How about a therapist? Taking the time to understand what is happening to you can help you move foreword and do something about it.
