Ok since I decided to use this htread to motivate me and help me stay organized and mostly for accountability I will be truthful.
 
Of the list I had made I did:
 
-Shower
 
The rest never got done. And of course I made tos of bad excuses for myself. Like I couldn't exercise, it is too cold for a walk and the wii is not set-up...I could not finish the laundry, I had no soap left. The truth is I could have walked to the supermarket and gotten soap and finished the laundry... Then exercise and laundry would have been taken care of. The truth is I got tirted and went for a nap. Then woke up had supper and watched a movie and some tv with my husband and then got tired again and went to bed. No excuses I muffed it. But I will try to do better! So what is today's list.
 
-Finish the laundry
-Exercise 30 minutes
-Shower
-Make a list of what needs to get done in order of priority.
 
Ok I know that list is familiar haha! Gonna give it another try! I am not quitting till I get it right!

Ok today I will: 
- Try to finish doing the laundry ( washing not folding, that is too much)
- Do 30 mins of exercise
- Shower
- And make a list of what needs to get done.

Diva, I don't have any answers...if I did I'd be applying them here.  I know the list does help some, but then I end up with lists of lists and no get-up-and-go.  Hang in there and remember your advice "this too shall pass".  It's part of the depression. 
I do know one thing that helps me - embarassing as it may be - but if I have help or someone to just "kick start" me.  Just start helping me do something.  That sometimes works. 
Hope you can try those two things.

Hi Diva,

Organization is key to opening up free time so you can be more creative.

What works for me is writing things down. Having a list of things that have to be done and prioritizing them.

What is most important for you right now? What needs to be done first?

Once you have figured this out break it down into steps, and give yourself a reasonable time frame to accomplish this. Then move on to your next item on the list.

This works for me, but maybe some of the other members can share their tips with us. I'd also love to hear them!

I am a mess and so is my house. My finances are no better and I have tons of paperwork to do...
 
I used to be the one to handle those things. Nowadays I can't even remember what day it is let alone what needs to be done. And when I remember what needs to be done I can barely get around to doing it!
 
I need help!
 
I need help to figure out a way of organizing my house and finances and life in a way I can handle tiwht the little energy I have!
 
Please help me! Give me some ips  or whatever. I need to get my life in order so I can have room for the creative aspects of my life and where I want to go with it!
