Greetings all Survivors! I just realized that tomorrow will be 5 months quit for me. That means 5 months quit for all of us who started this journey together last September. Congrats to those who are still with us, whether they have stayed quit or had a slip or two. What's important is that we all stay true to ourselves. Review our public pledges. Go back to the very first posts we ever made and see how far we have come. Keep reading the posts of those who are 1 year or more quit, and see how much we have left to learn. Read the posts of those new in their quits, and see how much we can give back. This reminds me of a mantra I learned in nursing school. See one, do one, teach one. Well, I think that can be applied here.
Quit: See it, do it, teach it.
