You know, we always hear about the big, bad things as the reasons to quit (COPD, lung cancer, heart problems). But sometimes I think it's the myarid little things like skin clearing up, not stinking, able to walk up stairs, lack of guilt, ..., ad infinitum, that really make the quit worthwhile.
