Lady, sweet lovely lady,
I have tears running down my face reading about your dad. How sad you must feel knowing what smoking is doing to someone you love so much. You know he loves you but why wont he quit smoking for you and his grandchildren-that awful addiction ****! My father is also killing himself smoking. I am thankful he lives far away and I dont have to be reminded of it every moment I am at home. My heart breaks thinking about what you must feel. The older generation, I am afraid, are harder to break through to. Sending you love and big hugs Lady...Denisey
P.S-while you havent changed him, you have been the catalyst for some many of us here at SSC and for that, you should be very proud. Unfortunately, not all of us, especially old stubborn fathers, can be reached.
