Keep your head about you. You've already expressed the basics of what you need to know:
You need to stay right there where you cannot smoke,
that picking up that filthy yucky thing won't help,
stress is no reason to start again,
keep reading.
Breathe deep and concentrate on those things you've already said.
If you can get a straw, cut it to the length of a cigarette, fold and crimp (bite) the "fire" end until it feels like a cig when you suck on it. It makes a great prosthetic, plus you can "smoke" it anywhere.
