ANGRY

I am in such an angry mood! and im taking it out on people. I know I shouldnt because its dangerous but these ppl have hurt me so bad although they arent a big part in my life anyways. I just want ppl to hurt the way Ive been hurt. I am being so immature. I never used to be so angry and stupid. I did at one point and my anger got out of control so I stopped 4 a bit. I am tired of being hurt so badly by people, I am such an understanding person and people take advantage of that. People just walk all over me and when I stand my ground people get all angry and mad at me like I am supposed to let them do whatever they want to me. Like I am not a human! This anger is not doing anything for me. My anger is really at my dad and at ppl who really deserve to know that they are treating me badly but they are way too scary and dangerous to confront.' im sorry this isnt about smoking i kno it prolly should. ill tell u i am not smoking and im at least happy about that. my smoking addiction is the only one deserving the anger its getting. Hi there Ang :) You have a right to your feelings :) It use to be that when we'd get angry we could just smoke and not have to deal with the feelings. Smoking/any drug is used to escape from our feelings. Now that we're smoke-free we have to grow up emotionally. We have no choice, it just happens. Each time you get through a rough spot you'll get stronger and be more confident in knowing that you'll get through the next rough spot. The gr8 thing about feelings is that they are TEMPORARY. We are not defined by our feelings, rather they come and go through us. The more emotionally mature we get, the more we learn how to deal with our emotions and the less dramatic they will seem. We have to grow and change because if not we'd be the same person/junkie we were and that person will smoke again. Therefore we have to change :) You're doing gr8! You're posting, being honest and even through your anger you're still positive :) Good 4u! Keep up the gr8 work!!! WOOHOOOOOOO!!! You are not responsible for other peoples feelings,,, UNLESS u do something directly to someone that you know was wrong and deserves an apology. So in knowing that you're not responsible for other people's feelings, you can let that weight lift off your shoulders and just concentrate on having a wonderful day! Another gr8 thing I've learned is...YOU CAN START YOUR DAY OVER ANYTIME YOU WANT AND AS MANY TIMES A DAY AS U WANT, LOL. Let that stuff goooooooo and have a GR8 POSITIVE FUN DAY :) No matter what don't lite up... Keep on keepin on...
