Thank You all,
Shevie, Chicken Stix, Penquin, Sunflower, Redrosie, Casey, Baba, and Lady.
You are all very kind and thank you for your concern.
I went and slept last night for 10 hours. I feel somewhat better today and I am not very confident of myself, my state of mind. One of the threads this morning is about accountability, is that not interesting and bit of serendipity. I know that the only accountability needs to be with me. And I am being tougher with myself than I have ever been.
Today I am going to be very gentle with myself, now to all you tough love buddies I did not say unaccountable, I said gentle. I am going to take it really easy, have a really nice time. Nothing that will be to much and lots of TLC for myself. Rusty you are an inspiration.
One thing that I have learned in this is that I am more firmly resolved to be smoke free, a non smoker, an ex smoker, one who does not smoke. And I am replacing that non smoker with a breather, a sensualist, I can not wait for the magnolias and the crocus and daffodil and all the other spring flowers are blooming because I know I will for sure be able to smell them.
Thanks again for all your kindness last night. I will be back on my feet soon. As Lady says one foot in front of te other, Thanks Lady for the outstretched hand.
Phillip :)
