Hang in there guy. It's one of the worse parts of the quit. We have been there and we know how bad it sucks. You will make it. You have what it takes. Go ahead and hide under the covers. You are in the process of breaking the worse addiction there is so you are allowed. It's ok to kick, scream, cry, break dishes, rant, rave, laugh, punch a pillow, whatever it takes...just don't smoke and when none of that works for you, you still don't smoke.
Put in a funny movie and veg out on the sofa. Call it a reward for making it past 30 days. Allow yourself to go through this pocess for it is the process of breaking free of the addiction. Remember this time anytime you think of smoking and remember how awful it is. You don't ever want to be in this possition again. Remember that everday is one day closer to never feeling this way again.
You ARE doing it Phillip! You are making it and you are doing a kick butt job. Just keep going. We are here holding your hand and helping you get through it.
