If by saying..... To all the members here that are trying to quit smoking I say to you stop trying you are killing yourself. The secret is to just quit and get on with your life. You perceive you�re self as a prisoner of smoking when in fact you are not. Get a grip and just don�t smoke, there is a lot more to life than dwelling on your thought process that says you are an addict when in reality you are just a smoker who is going to quit smoking ..... is thinking outside of the box ... then we have another member who thinks the same way ... me! I appreciate the straight talk. No need to beat around the bush, it just prolongs the process in my opinion. I'm glad that I caught this thread. May your journey be an enlightened one.
