I quit for a year many year ago.. I have to agree that your idea is stupid ;-) Do you know how much I have cursed myself over the last 40 some odd days for having quit for a year, started again, find myself wondering if my lungs will ever recover, and wondering why the heck I started smoking again after I had quit for a year? Don't start again, because eventually you'll have to quit again. You don't want to go through this again and you certainly don't want to be cussing yourself out through the painful parts like me ;-P. Smoking sucks, addiction to "bad" things sucks, get addicted to exercise or grapes or something, but don't smoke again. You should know that I'm kidding you a bit to get you to smile... hopefully. But really, you WILL eventually have to confront this problem again, and it is easier to confront the problems that are making you want to smoke than to have to quit smoking AND confront the problems that are making you want to smoke. Hang in there, be proud of your quit, spend time here, it helps. OK, the lecture is over!
