Hi chicken, just to say, I also had lots of trouble sleeping for the first few weeks, I felt feverous and panicky and could not relax - some weird reaction to not giving my body the stimulation provided by nicotine.. But I have some wonderful news for you. I actually had always had difficulty sleeping for over 10 years, which I can now see may have been related to smoking from the beginning even when I occaisionally smoked at age 13. But since I have stopped smoking, I sleep so much better, every night... There are sill sometimes nights when I just can't rest, but they are very few and far between. Keep up the good work, your sore throat should help in a way when you remember how horrible it was smoking with a sore throat - the taste and feeling... YUCK!
Congratulations on 16 days!!
Celia
