For all of you who thought......"Where the devil has he got to?" Or alternatively........."Thank God he's gone!" I've just been busy! 2 weeks skiing in the Swiss/French Alps have totally convinced me that stopping smoking was the best think I ever did. Last year I can remember sneaking off for a quick smoke at 10,000 feet..........talk about gasp for breath. This year it did not even occur to me. Mind you, I'm not happy about my 13 year old beating me down most of the runs but I'll put that one down to my old age and his complete lack of brains and fear! Hope you are all OK and remember.............. Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world....you just don't smoke............not starting again? That's a bit harder.....it really depends on the realisation that you have given nothing up, just that you have loads to gain. Two weeks in the Alps :8o: You poor, poor dear. The next time you have to go just let me know and I'll go for you. It is the least I could do since you unruffled all my feathers. :p So good to hear from you Mad Englishman... Your wit certainly has been missed. No soap opera updates, no jokes, no stories. Its been kind of quiet. Just a bunch of people quitting smoking and hanging around. Even better to hear you are still smoke free. You are an awesome Quitter. Now....give us a story. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 299 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,995 Amount Saved: $1046.5 Life Gained: Days: 26 Hrs: 10 Mins: 2 Seconds: 10

Hey, everybody!! The Mad Englishman is back!! :) :) Two weeks in the Alps. I'm jealous. Don't worry about your 13 year old beating you down the runs. That's their purpose on earth, to grind our age into us. Welcome back, Brent.
