Hello Bingo, If You want to really want to put this smoking behind You,, You will look around and find something to replace this addiction, Myself, I took up walking, like 2 miles every morning, just take off down the road, I don't really think walking has ever killed anyone, Unless being hit by a vehicle, For my first 3 months of my quit, I beat that road, and then got on a diet plan, and this all kept me so busy, time just flew by, So give a thought, and find something that suits Your fancy,
