Cincere - I am glad you are back, and I am really glad you bumped this post.
I found this site on June 1st, and I've been so appreciative of the poignant and informative posts that were bumped from "before my time".
I'm on the verge of 100 days, and I must say, your original post could not have been more timely.
Thank-you. Welcome Back. You CAN do it.

thank you so much for your post today I was feeling alittle down and this weekend i had such a hard time but I did not smoke it came really close but i said no it still rolls threw my head. Thank-you for saying what I already know that smoking is going to make me fee like cr*p and I know this. You go on your vacation and remember you had 70 some odd days and you can do this again. I slipped after 22 days and when I smoked again it was the worst and I learned alot from it just as you have learned alot about your slip. We are human.
do not beat yourself up to badly but learn from it.
have a great vacation.

Hi everyone.
Well...I finally made it back here. Better late then never right?
I am beginning day 3 and very determined to stick this out.
I decided to come back to this posting since it just may deter someone from giving up.
It was so hard to get back on my quit. that first step just may not arrise again (until it's too late..emphasema,cancer,etc.)
My sister has quit with me and my hubby says he wants to. I won't forget that this quit is my own though and the choice to stay quit cannot be influenced by the choices that others make.
Today is rough and I have to keep distracted. Whatever it takes,...it's good to be back.
