VASmurfie,
Sometimes, it's hard to relearn how to do things without running to smokes. I mean, in the past, that was the first place we went when we were having a hard time. So learning to NOT do that is sometimes hard. I still have problems with that when I get really mad. But we just have to learn to substitute something healthy... go for a walk, take a deep breath, chew some gum... whatever you have to do, just don't smoke. Like everyone else said, smoking isn't going to make your problems go away... it will only add to them. Hang in there, and you'll make it through!
Crave the Quit!
