Stoppin' - I know how you feel......going from Hell Week into Heck
Week, I asked my hubby (who has been quit for 8 years now) WHEN WILL I STOP THINKING, WANTING, CRAVING A SMOKE???????
He said probably never. Which set me back a peg or two. However, he also said "the "wants/craves/thinks" are few and far between, and nothing like what you are going thru now""
So that made me feel better. And he's right. I no longer dread every day as another where I am battling craves. I still get them, had a doozy of a weekend LAST week, but here I am - smoke free still.
You can get thru this. Do as the others suggested, if you can....take a "ME" day today. If it has to be a PJ day, so be it. Make the most of it and relax, do something you have been putting off, like that book, that movie, that yummy dessert......
Keep strong.......we're all here for you!
