Unfortunately, there is no[b][color=Teal]trying[/b][/color] in quitting. If you [b][color=Teal]try[/b][/color], you leave yourself open for failure. Not this time though! You will do it. No ifs, ands, or buts about it........ Just choose to not smoke!!
Your quit is yours. Even though living with smokers sucks, you can still choose not to smoke. Don't let your brain tell you how you "miss" smoking. Instead, keep telling yourself that you choose not to smoke, you do not want to smoke. Only you can control your thoughts, and therefore, control the depth of your cravings.
