Is this payback for my 'dream' thread last week?
Man, I tell ya, it's seeing all of the adversity some of you deal with that reminds me how much of a whiney baby I've been with my quit. Some of the trials you all endure is quite amazing.
I have been very fortunate that no one who lives with me and no one in my family, who I see regularly, smokes.
Take care though, Lady, and take heart, you have this firmly in your palm. We all have sucked in some second hand smoke. If anything it's punishment for all the times we've inflicted second hand smoke on others. You have not stumbled. You have just reestablished your commitment to N.O.P.E.
You've been through a lot, a whole lot, with your quit. I know I sometimes fear that somehow I may just trip and fall right mouth first on a lit cigarette. But that's not how it happens. We make the choice. You made the choice to not smoke. Your tears should be of joy.
Life or death, live or die. There is only do, there is no try.
Choice puts the free in freedom.
No hurries, no worries.
