Good advice, Bob.
A high school friend of mine was angry with her dad and told him she hated him as she was leaving for school one day. She regretted it immediately and planned to tell him how sorry she was after school. He died from a heart attack that afternoon about 2 hours before we got home. That life lesson taught me to never lash out in anger. Most people would never know I was angry. My pillow, on the other hand, can tell tales. ;p
